Lisa Flores was exceptional in helping navigate my Medicare choices – informative, efficient and very pleasant to work with.With ‘65’ approaching, my mailbox has been inundated with mailings about Medicare Supplement and Medicare Advantage plans. In the mix was a letter from Mike Hitcho with information about his company Hitcho Insurance and some basic Medicare information, the letter was just added to that ‘pile’. I had been doing my own research on Medicare & Supplement plans, to say that my head was spinning was an understatement.Low & behold, letter #2 from Mike arrived, so I switched gears with my research to Hitcho Insurance’s website. I have metastatic cancer and was transitioning to Medicare Part A and B, as well as a Supplemental/Gap plan and Part D prescription plan. The process at first seemed overwhelming and intimidating. I made contact with him over the phone initially and explained my needs and health situation. Craig was on it!We went to meet Craig and he was well-prepared to meet my needs. As a former school administrator, the lion’s share of my job was to attend meetings and ensure my team was prepared. Craig knew the price points, he had a handle of the difference among various plans available and he helped complete all of the paperwork and serves as a resource for me.So far the transition is smooth and I feel well served by Hitcho and Craig W as my agent.
There is absolutely no way I could have navigated all the Medicare options without help from Lisa Flores. Lisa was incredibly patient and helped me pick the best options for my personal needs. She made sure I applied for my Medicare card as soon as it was available to me and once I received my card she then helped me sign up for the plans we agreed worked for me.

Just got off the phone with Lisa Flores at Hitcho insurance. She did a fantastic job helping me select a Medicare plan that I could live with. Just plain simple facts. Asked a few questions, and was able to compare plans, and picked what was right for me. Everything was flawless. Any concern I had was addressed. She was very pleasant to deal with.
