Got to speak with Craig about my need to find a Medicare Prescription plan for next year. He asked about what drugs I currently need to use. I told him that I was going to my Dr. for an update on just that. He told me he would call back after my visit.. He did call back at our agreed time & day. We discuss the changes and he told me that he found a plan that I would like. The pricing was very good and the drug costs were excellent. He signed me up for next year with the new plan. I recently retired and was overwhelmed by the avalanche of information regarding moving to Medicare. I was referred to Hitcho Insurance Agency by a former colleague, and after a one-hour in-person consultation, all my questions were answered and I was able to go to the local Social Security agency with the necessary paperwork.
