UnitedHealthcare goes out of network with LVHN
Starting January 26, 2026, UnitedHealthcare and LVHN will no longer work together. This means people who have a UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plan will not be able to see LVHN doctors and specialists at in-network rates. If they choose to continue seeing LVHN providers, they may have to pay more out of pocket, or the services may not be covered at all, depending on their plan.
Are all plans affected?
No. If you have a UnitedHealthcare Medicare Supplement (also called Medigap) plan, you are not affected by this change. Medicare Supplement plans do not use a network. That means you can see any doctor or hospital in the United States that accepts Medicare. You can continue seeing your LVHN doctors and specialists without interruption.
If you’re not sure which type of plan you have, check your member ID card or contact your insurance representative for help.
