Medicare Part B cost for 2024

The Medicare premium for 2024 will be $174.70 per month for most people. This is an increase of $9.80 per month from 2023.

However, the Medicare premium can vary depending on your income. If you have high income, you may pay a higher Medicare premium. For example, if your modified adjusted gross income is more than $103,000 for individuals or $206,000 for married couples, you will pay a higher Part B premium.
